As the productivity coach for the Santa Monica Keller Williams office, she is supporting all new licensees to begin a career in the real estate business. She uses her extensive experience to educate and inspire success. The coaching program has grown to over 25% of the monthly profit for the market center and provides that new licensees are closing transactions. On average, new agents will complete a transaction within 4.7 months of entering the Keller Williams training program. Additionally, she coaches seasoned agents who desire support and inspiration and an infusion of accountability that puts them into transactions.
